You can create a GigaID account using a phone number, email, or Sber ID in one of the following ways:

  • Using the GigaID registration form.
  • When signing in to a partner service. To do this, choose sign-in with GigaID, then click "Create GigaID".

Yes. You can create a GigaID account with a phone number from one of these countries: Russia, Armenia, Belarus, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, or Ethiopia.

Please note: some services require a Russian phone number for sign-in. We recommend using one right away when creating your GigaID account.

No, you don’t need a password. You can sign in to GigaID using a phone number, email, Sber ID, or Passkey.

In your GigaID account, click the edit icon at the top of the page. A list will open where you can choose what to change: phone number, email, or full name.

In your GigaID account, in the "Security" section, select "Active sessions". There you’ll see all current sessions linked to your account. You can end any of them or end all sessions at once.

In your GigaID account, in the "Account actions" section, select "Delete GigaID account". The account will be deleted permanently and cannot be restored. Data in partner services will remain unchanged.

Please note: if GigaID is your only way to sign in to partner services, you may lose access to them.
